As a state registered art psychotherapist, I find that supporting clients to express their feelings through image making often leads to a much deeper understanding of issues. Creative arts therapy gives you the option of using different art materials in addition to talking.  You don’t need any skill or previous experience.  I will fully support you to explore yourself through the art materials, with suggestions tailored to your individual needs.  


Working with the imagination may allow new perspectives and possibilities to emerge.
